What kind of trouble? Put the guy in Federal pound-him-in-the-ass Prison trouble, or "Gee, why am I still accepting email from AOLusers? *click* Problem solved" trouble?

I can't really imagine "trouble" being anything more than:

Annoying/threatening e-mails or possibly post stalking.

I would suggest blocking the user. Or pay me 2500 to solve the problem for you.
