Colstreamer's journey to be The Best of The Best

Got a bit of a shock Nast night, after training I stepped on the scales at the gym expecting to see myself just a few kg lighter but instead they were reading 95kg!!!! That's like a 20lbs drop!

I rechecked it this morning at my usual gym where I lift and sure enough I was 102kg! Phew! I haven't lost a shit ton of muscle I'm still rocking nearly 200lbs lean body mass. Happy days! :)

Scales lie anyway, I would rely on either pics or the mirror, bur! even some morrors lie, I have one in my bathroom that shows the true me, and one at my gym that makes me look bigger, but! it's a good ego boost!

Ok a short sweet workout today. I had to wait for the squat rack so that ate up some time. And I had to go get my straps to do front squats.. I will also say my legs are fatigued from last nights kickboxing :)

I did get a bit ambitious on the front squats, tried for sets of 20 but damn were they hard today!
 
Aaah shitfcukpissdamnhell!!! I haven't had a fag since Sunday and I'm clucking!!!!! I just hope I can get to the gym and take it out on the weights before I take it out in one of these annoying fcuks I work with!!!!!

Oh joy! I did bag work today, 3 mins warm up. 3 mins max effort, 5 mins easy pace 1 min rest - repeated 4 times and I was coughing my guts up the whole time! I only ever cough when I QUIT smoking!

Kicked the living shit outa the bag though, till I was seeing stars! Now I'm too knackered to be irritable! :)
