Got a bit of a shock Nast night, after training I stepped on the scales at the gym expecting to see myself just a few kg lighter but instead they were reading 95kg!!!! That's like a 20lbs drop!
I rechecked it this morning at my usual gym where I lift and sure enough I was 102kg! Phew! I haven't lost a shit ton of muscle I'm still rocking nearly 200lbs lean body mass. Happy days!
Scales lie anyway, I would rely on either pics or the mirror, bur! even some morrors lie, I have one in my bathroom that shows the true me, and one at my gym that makes me look bigger, but! it's a good ego boost!
