Sorry to hear this from both you guyz.
You both need to take a nice walk. Not fast but just a nice walk around town and take deep breaths while your walking.
Really you will find that you just feel better.

Ah I'm feelin much better. Just finished kickboxing. I took lumps outa my sparring partners tonight. Felt good, did some boxing with one guy.... They never stand a chance when we only use our hands
