I have tried the B-12 before. I dont mind the monsters I try to stay away from the sugar. The monsters that are part juice arent too bad. If your going to intake sugar though preworkout or post is probably the best time anyway. Ever try NOS now that shit has some kick. There 2.75 servings in one bottle with around 325 mg of caffeine.
i do this as well sometimes(pop an energy cap). also a B-Complex sublingual liquid will give you that little spurt of energy needed to get you started; good for mid-day fatigue as well!
i'm not much of a coffee/tea drinker. i do however down those MONSTER energy drinks, love them, actually i'm a bit addicted to them.
