Clen's effects on calorie intake, muscle loss?

i think that is mostly myth about clen, though im not sure. also jijipuku, this sounds like a perfect formula for muscle loss, if anything i would increase cals

clen is anti-catabolic, meaning it prevents muscle loss to a high(theorythical) degree.

This is BS! Me and some other trainers tested clen's effects on muscle loss awhile back. We all lost as much or more muscle than we would of with diet and cardio. Clen makes you lose muscle. I don't care what anyone says.

what about with proper calorie watch plus a surplus of a few extra hundred cals while using clen?

What would the point of adding a "few extra hundred cals" be? You plan on taking clen just so you can eat more? Those extra calories will offset the weight loss you would achieve by taking clen.

Your best best is to take clen only while on cycle to prevent muscle loss.

Good point my man. Plus I did tinker with my calorie intake, and no matter what I did, I either lost more muscle, or didn't gain as much muscle as I would of with more cals. All the stuff did was make me feel shitty all day. I got sick a lot on it too.

Then what's the point of clen? In the main is used for anti-catabolic abillities..

Even the "anti catabolic abilities" are highly disputed. I would never count on clen to preserve my muscle mass when cutting. I would always run it with an anabolic cycle.
