Hi there. I am doing some research for a female friend on clen.

She is slightly anemic and so I'm looking for some advice and maybe for someone to point me in the right direction.

Basically I have been struggling to find medical info on clen with anemia.

Thanks for reading.

I just realised my original post wasn't very clear.

The two main points im looking in to are is clen safe for people with slight anemia and how to start the dosing to test for adverse reactions(how small should she start)

Thanks

Clen isn't safe for HEALTHY people... It affects your heart badly. Plenty of other safer options out there. Tell us more about her and perhaps we can help.

Basically wants to aid fat loss as time to exercise is limited. Has a pretty good diet so it's mainly just to speed up the process a bit in that time.

Basically lazy? Maybe just some ephedrine for 2 weeks in every 2 months to help or something?

I've advised her not to use clen anyways since I was unable to find many good reports on it lol.

If she is 'lazy' and can't do the work too loose weight naturally then she definitely has no business even thinking about clen or any other weight lose substance. Clen should not be used as a scape goat for people that are too 'lazy' too put in the work too properly loose weight. Yes the clen will make them loose weight but if there not dedicated too loosing it properly, as soon as they stop the clen they will most likely put everything they lost bak on.

She's lazy because she doesn't have enough red blood cells to transport oxygen in her body, most people who are anemic usually want to just sit around and sleep, Have her to start Taking Femiron Every Day to boost RBC Count.
Take ferrous fumarate (Femiron) on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after a meal. Avoid taking antacids or antibiotics within 2 hours before or after taking (Femiron)AKA ferrous fumarate .

Ferrous fumarate is only part of a complete program of treatment that may also include a special diet. It is very important to follow the diet plan created for you by your doctor or nutrition counselor. You should become very familiar with the list of foods you should eat to make sure you get enough iron from both your diet and your medication.

Forget about Clen it affects the cardiovascular System and increases the risk of a heart attack or stroke.
She needs to start off doing mild cardio and increasing it a tad every week, also a weight training regimine would speed things up as fat cannot exist in muscle tissue.

I agree with everyone about Clen. I don't like it any way. Its overrated.
Have her drink green tea twice a day. Around breakfast and lunch. It will naturally crank up her thyroid and it is very healthy for you.
I get better results from Green Tea.
