Okay folks, I know that clen has been done "to death" here, but I have a question that I haven't seen asked yet, so I thought I'd ask it here. I started using Big Andy's "return user" clen cycle this week (thanks btw Big Andy for going into such depth on the clen issue and posting the sample cycle) and am currently up to day five. Day six and seven fall on Saturday and Sunday, so I'm wondering if I should take it on those days EVEN THOUGH I DON'T WORK OUT OR DO ANY CARDIO ON THOSE DAYS, cause I want to give my body a chance to recuperate and try and preserve as much muscle on the diet as possible. Thought about taking those two days off the Clen and then "picking up " the cycle on Monday where I left off on Friday. Or would it be better to just "plow through" and continue the cycle on the non workout days. Love any feedback from people who have already used clen, cause I only use it once a year, and I want to make sure that I get as much out of it as possible. Any help is greatly appreciated, been dieting for about 15 weeks now, and am getting down to those last 2-4 pounds that will make all the difference, so don't want to blow the clen cycle being as close as I am to finishing the diet.
