Ok thanx to all who responded and gave me advice.If anyone has anymore advice for me i'm always open to suggestions.This is perfect timing as i just got laid off frm work so i will b able to go to the gym as often as i like during the day with no interference.
 
Sorry about the layoff - but yes, definitely use it to your advantage if you want some quality gym time!

Hard to give specific advice - what do you want to do w/ your time off right now? Specific goals like build 10 lb of lean muscle? Lose bodyfat? Prep for a competition?

I want to lose fat. I`m starting to have second thoughts on theclen. Maybe it is not the best thing to use since i do take thyroid meds and i`m in menopause. It could all backfire on me u know. Oh yesterday i had no problem starting a new thread and today can u believe i can`t fucking figure it out. Can u please tell me how to start a thread when i click on quick links i c nothing not sure what i did yesterdayto start thread .
 
Doesn't matter if you have all the time in the world to workout. Working out and supplements are only a tiny part of it. The bigger picture here is DIET and LIFESTYLE.

You diet sucks, you smoke, and you have other health issues. These are things that have to be taken care of FIRST before supplementation is introduced.
