Im a girl 21 y/o 56kgs (my weight yo yos from 56-59) im 165 cms i think my BMI is around 20% and going to start my cycle this week. Im using gel form any recommendations for dosage?
After my research i think i'll be doing the following cycle to start
Week 1- 20 mcg (0.5ml)
Week 2- 40 mcg (1ml)
Week 3 - 20 mcg (0.5ml)
Then three weeks off then three weeks (same cycle) on again, at this stage i only plan on doing 2 cycles then maintaining the rest naturally.
I will be hitting it hard at the gym 5 times a week mixture of cardio and weights + strict diet.... anyone have any other tips or suggestions?
@musty-92 you need to take taurine as clen depleats taurine levels in the liver also helps avoid muscle cramps take 3-5g per day
and potassium for muscle cramps as well 200-400mg
make sure you take both!
PS pls save the comments that a lot of you will think i dont need it bla bla bla... i know the risks, i know the complications, but im also smart and i know not to over do it and this is a personal choice, i want to get my body fat levels down quickly and help me start building muscle.
