SOLID info from QT. That's great progress, and any diet will start to stall out w/o some change. Carb cycling is one of the best tools in the box of tricks to cut for competition. I'm with QT - unless you are looking to cut bodyfat for a specific period of time and are not expecting to maintain an extremely bodyfat (e.g like for competition on a certain day and then go into your rebound), don't look to thyroid medication. Clen I dont' think is that great for the jitters, headaches, that most experience.
I expect the changes that QT suggests will get some great results. If I caught that correctly she's only doing cardio & dieting?? I'd start droppign back on the cardio because it is burning both muscle & fat at thsoe levels. For the amount of work she's done to lose the bodyfat that she has, she now needs to make the most of the muscle that will make the bodyfat look a lot better and not really be as big an issue as she continues to lose. W/o muscle, bodyfat looks flabbier than with muscle.
