I got caught red handed with gear by mygirlfiend. After an impressivly short talk she asked me how she could lose fat faster than she was been (80 lbs over the past 18 months with diet and exersice).
I have no idea whats a safe first time dosage and duration for a women. She is years old and does about 7 hours of cardio a week.
Any knowledge would be appreciated.

i would leave out the t3... how old is she again?
looks like she has done really well dieting down without any supplements... but if she gets stuck at a weight, she can start out at about 20 mcg and work up to 60-80 mcgs. 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off

ask this in the women's forum. I know it's been brought up before...
Millions of times.

First off diet needs to be 110% before using either and T3 is really not something I recomend for anyone onless they are competing. Clen is not all that is is cracked up to be either. ECA are just as effective with out any of the sides.

What are her current stats? Goals? Current diet and training?

shes 5'7 158 lbs and wants to get to get around 130. Her training is 5-6 days a week, minumum 90 minutes of cardio a day. 1600 to 1800 calories a day. She is still losing weight, just getting frustrated on how slow its going now.

7:15 am 1 cup kashi cereal, 1 cup skim milk, 1 banana 1 cup coffee with splenda and 1/2 cup skim milk 11 am 1 1/2 cups mixed vegetables and 1/2 cup fruit 3pm 1/2 cup fruit 1 cup plain fat-free yogurt w/2Tbs flaxseed meel and 1/4 cup wheat bran 6 pm 1 cup mixed vegetables 1/2 cup fruit 3oz mea (chicken, fish, beef) 1 cup whole grain starch (usually brown rice) 8pm 6 mini rice cakes 1 cup milk.
yes lift weights 2-3 times a week. weight started at 240. body fat at like 38%, now 159 and 23%. don't split cardio. 45-90 minutes at like 2 in the afternoon. 5 days a week.

What is the specific reason why people do not recomend T3 to anybody unless is competing? I mean it's ok to not recomend it if you don't know how to use it; but if it's for the sides, that means every competitor lives forever with sides from T3 and that's not the case. Only abusing T3 or using it in a wrong way can give you some troubles...but being careful and doing enough research can be used safely. (without competing...lol)

Fix here diet and training before she touches drugs.

1. Too much skim milk.
2. Too much fruit.
3. Not enought protien.

Her calorie intake should be around 1600. Since she has hit a wall try carb cycling. 2 days very low carb basically only carbs come from green veggies.
1 day carb up about 1 g of carbs per pound on her carb up day. She should be eating at least 1g of protien per pound.

2-3 times a week in weight wont cut it either needs to be min of 4 times a week. 90 minutes of cardio straight is completely nuts no more the 60 minutes per session.

She has done a great job so far but she should not be focusing on the number on the scale as much as her bf% and how clothes fit etc. If she wants an extra edge get some t-rex from the AF store way better then clen IMO.

I don't recommend T3 or clen for the average woman b/c 9 times out of 10 (please see the above diet and training for proof postive of that) there is something wrong with there diet or training and they need to get that in check before they think about adding something as serious as a thyroid medication.
