Who does Clean and Press for reps in their workouts? I added them in the last few Upper Body w/o days. I must say, they are pretty intense on my cardio capacity too!
I would not go above 6 reps on the clean and press. You have to remember this is a highly technical exercise, that uses as many supporting muscles as it does prime moving muscles. Therefore, if your reps are to high, you will fatigue the smaller muscles prematurely, and establish bad motor patterns when performing the exercise.
