CLA vs. MCT oil.... Which is better or both?

I have lost about 40-45 lbs over the last 5-6 months and I was incorporating CLA and some MCT oil... I just finished the last bottles I had and wanted to see if I could keep it off my self... I was trying to find out where maybe I Could get MCT oil capsules fairly inexpensive.. I am aware coconut oil is packed full of MCT's but I would just prefer caps. Any ideas or suggestions?....

I would say Tonalin grade CLA and MCT oils helped yes.. Obviously I did change up my diet. I'm trying to find MCT caps cheap...
