I'm getting back into weight training and have lost a lot of weight. I'm slowly trying to build it back, I tried using the CKD worksheet thing and these are my results:
Day BMR Cal/day Fat Grams Protein Grams Carb Grams
1 1425 135 53 Less Than 20 Grams
2 1350 112 84 Less Than 20 Grams
3 1275 92 112 Less Than 20 Grams
4 1500 117 112 Less Than 20 Grams
5 1350 105 101 Less Than 20 Grams
6 1275 92 112 Less Than 20 Grams
(Carb Up) 7 1950 22 98 341
Now my question is if I should even use this CKD diet if I'm bulking? Second question is why would I cut back on carbs? I thought it would help me gain weight?
