You cycle your calories each day and the amount of Fat and protein your eat varies as well.
For instance, the first day you eat alot more fat than you do Protein, and by the 6th day your eating as little more protein than fat but not that much. To establish Keto you basically will need to eat Protein and Fat at a 1/1 ratio.
And 30gr carbs is likely too much.
