I was wondering what you all thought of this... Like so many people out there, I'm crazy busy and sometimes it's hard for me to feed myself properly. So, I've gotten into the habit of making big pots of chili every week or so. I end up eating chili as the basis of my diet and I'm wondering how bad (or possibly okay) this might be.

I change the ingredients a little every time, but essentially, it's a few pounds of ground beef (sometimes ground pork, too), 3-4 Bell peppers, 2 onions, a lot of chopped celery, 2 cans of kidney beans, a can of Chic peas, and the usual seasonings (garlic, paprika, tumeric, etc). I think it's packed full of more meat and veggies than most chilis.

My big question is do you guys think that it's okay to eat chili as a large part of one's diet? I do try to eat fresh veggies daily, have some brown rice and real meals when I can. I also have a few protein shakes with oatmeal everyday, too. So, what do you guys think?
