BPB: I agree with you that this guy is a real lowlife. But, he still has rights. He paid his debt to society before and thus is entitled to all of the constitutional rights just as we are.
I'm not really concerned w/ protecting this guy necessarily, but I'm more concerned w/ the slipperly slope effect prosecuting him will have.
In effect, it will set a bad precedent that someone can be prosecuted for using their imaginations, for having fantasies. Prosecuting him will set a dangerous precedent for all of us..
