I knew a guy in High school who kept a journal in which he talked about stabbing women, and seeing the blood spew out. That journal, along with some other things, got him a 48 year sentence for killing a lady in a wig shop.

That is very different from the present case since he actually reduced his thoughts to action.

No, the Supreme Court has not yet become involved. But, its possible this case may wind up in the Supreme Court.

I'd be surprised if it doesn't. And you can count on Scalia, Rehnquist, O'Connor, Kennedy, and Thomas(sex harrasser) stripping this molester of his rights...
