it was probably a condition of his parole, so it did not violate his civil rights, he has the choice to 1 remain in jail and write whatever the fuck he wants or 2 get out of jail and not create obscene material.

cause he used real childrens names and descriptions...I'm assuming the cops talked to them and cleared the theory of him doing anything to them...This is sick, but for christ sake it was stories. If I had a kid I wouldn't take any chances with him being around, but it's not proven that I know of that he ever touched a child
