About my spellings, yes i misspell sometimes. I write "seks" on purpse however cause this is the dutch spelling and it sounds the same in english anyway when you say it.

How do you approach chicks in the gym and start a conversation without making a fool of yourself ? Whats worked for you ?

I am serious...very serious. No chicks allowed in my gym...period. ONLY training partners. You don't have to be a male to be my training partner...you just have to be serious when you are in my gym. No chicks...only training partners...male or female.

My gym is for growth purposes only...anyone who steps in it better have the same desire.

So you do not mean that a woman cannot be there, but that she must be someone training partner. Are you saying a difference between a woman and a "chick"? No chicks, but serious female lifters are oke? English is not my mother language so i may not understand the difference you make with those words. Sorry if i am having a misunderstanding with this.

BTW, Female lifters do not get more hardcore then me, 202lbs @ 16% bf...and i dont use training partners ever.
