lol man i use to be smaller then u before i started cycling i was 6'6" 185 i was a little bitch .. i still am but im a bigger little bitch and big enough for people not to start shit so that works
I eat chicken, turkey and tuna like a quazillion times per week, steak is expensive so I have it once every two weeks or so Not really willing to buy cheap steak/meat either.
ALWAYS a caliper.....prefferably by the same technician at approx the same time of day....
I know based on my waist measurement and how my abs look what my BF is within 1% most of the time...but that comes form Caliper testing out the wazoo for years

i just got into serious bodybuilding so im not really knowledable about the whole BF and guessing but the only thing you can pinch on me is small amounts of love handles and all 6.. starting to be 8 abs are shown
any advice on target excercises to get the bottom 2 shown w/o flexing?? have to flex them to see them
