i'm a chick pea fan too.
i eat it for the carbs/fiber though, not the protein
here's a little something my dad made for me once, good shit:
chick peas
extra virgin olive oil
lemon juice
garlic powder and/or minced garlic
parsley
oregano
basil
salt
black pepper
mash the chick peas up and mix it all into a paste. then spread it on a tortilla (i just ate it with a spoon)
sorry i don't have amounts. i just kinda threw it together, taking macro amounts into consideration. you'd have to experiment.
