I do all the exercises. I was just wondering reps and sets. Like 5x5... 3 sets 8 6 4 etc. definitely need to do more weighted dips

My chest routine is usually incline barbell 5x6-8 incline db 3x8 weighted dips 5x4-8 then maybe some peck deck.
 
hit chest every 4 days.... compound exercises and flies.
alternate between incline and flat..no need for decline if you are doing dips.
do it for 6 weeks and alter your rep range.
try 8,7,7,6 on your first compound .
