Krazie Apparel New member Sep 12, 2012 #6 It really depends what ur after. Big chest or defined chest. Big chest = high weight low rep. Defined = lower weight max reps. This a great article. My chest routine is usually incline barbell 5x6-8 incline db 3x8 weighted dips 5x4-8 then maybe some peck deck.

C0LUMB0 Moderator Sep 13, 2012 #8 hit chest every 4 days.... compound exercises and flies. alternate between incline and flat..no need for decline if you are doing dips. do it for 6 weeks and alter your rep range. try 8,7,7,6 on your first compound .
