Chest workout

Two questions:

Since I am doing chest/tris - how many exercises for each bp and what are some good chest exercises to hit all 3 parts of the chest?:confused:
 
Chest:

Flat barbell bench
Incline Dumbell
Flat Flyes

Tris:

Dips
pushdowns
skull crushers

Simple yet effective
 
You should always prioritize incline barbell presses. Incline presses are the best chest developers out there. Here might be a good routine:

Incline Barbell Presses - 4 x 12,8,6,5
Parallel Dips - 2 x 8-10
Flyes (flat) - 2 x 8-10
 
short and intense

Incline barbell 4 x 12*,8,6,6 *=warmup
Flat db 3 x 8,8,8
Cable flyes 2 x failure
Close-grip bench 3 x 12*,8,8 *=warmup
Skullcrushers 2 x failure

14 sets so you should be done in 28 minutes
