dont go overboard..keep it simple

week 1:
Incline barbell press
Flat Dumbbell press
Incline flyes
Machine press

Week2:
Bench Press
Incline Dumbbell presses
Flat flyes
Cable crossivers

do week 1, then week 2, then week 1, then week 2..ez

I'm sure it's an individual thing, but I really concentrated on decline presses the last 8 weeks and got incredible results. I'm wondering if the decline isn't a quite under-rated move.
