chest workout

I have been having a hard time getting any size on my chest. I keep having great strength gains but I just don't feel like my chest is getting any bigger. Would a couple of you guys give me examples of your chest workouts. Thanks for the help!
 
patience is the number one key, dont expect major growth over night even in one year, it takes a while in a couple years im sure you wont even be wondering this question. another point is make sure you are incorporating periodization, switch up your rep schemes around every 8 weeks, as well as the exercises you perform. also i agree with the above, try to do atleast one db movement in your routine, i usually have incline db press or flat db press as a staple to my chest routine. also following a bulking diet to gain some size would help.
 
My chest routine:

Incline DB Press-3x8-10
Incline DB Flys-3x8-10
Flat Bench DB Flys 3x8-10
Flat Bench DB Press-3x8-10

Since switching to this routine, my chest has really started to widen because of all the flys.
 
Here is an example of my current routine
DB Press 10,8,6,6 reps
DB Incline 10,8,6 reps
BB Press 10,8, 6 reps
Every other workout BB negatives
Wide chest Hammer Strength 3 sets
Cable crossovers ever few chest workouts.


My protein intake is currently at 2 1/2 times my body weight.
I have put on almost 30 pounds in the past 2 months. It just seems like every other body part is growing other than my chest.
I switch up my chest workouts all the time. And do the exercises in reverse. I allow 7 days between each chest workout.

i hear ya man i got the same problem my bench is going up but u cant see any difference in my chest size i am getin pissed i just started changin everything to db's but just started it so no results yet i would keep u posted if any results...:mad:
 
I lack in my chest area as well.. I'm going to try chest twice a week. We'll see how that works out. I'm hoping for some results.

Everyone has their own opinion, some say try it, some say don't.. I'll let u know if it actually works :)
