Here is an example of my current routine
DB Press 10,8,6,6 reps
DB Incline 10,8,6 reps
BB Press 10,8, 6 reps
Every other workout BB negatives
Wide chest Hammer Strength 3 sets
Cable crossovers ever few chest workouts.
My protein intake is currently at 2 1/2 times my body weight.
I have put on almost 30 pounds in the past 2 months. It just seems like every other body part is growing other than my chest.
I switch up my chest workouts all the time. And do the exercises in reverse. I allow 7 days between each chest workout.
