i am having a problem builing the lower and outer part of my chest. should i be doing more decline presses and dips? thats all i need to get my chest the way i want it. thanks for your help.
I am really noticing a good improvement in my chest since starting this routine. It is
Decline Dumbell presses 4 sets of 8 reps
Incline Dumbell Fly's 3 sets of 8 reps
Incline Bench press 4 sets of 8 reps
Weighted Dips 3 sets of as many reps as possable
**Pec Dec 3 sets of 8-10 reps
** means every second week
I use the biggest weight possable while keeping correct form
