Hey Oak, Why the big drop in weight for the 3x3 set. It would stand to reason if you can get 315x4 , that might be a good place to stay at for the rest of the work sets. Now I am not doggin your routine just curious.
i dropped down because i am on the bench press routine and for this week it said for me to do 275 for 3x3.. but, the first set was SOO easy, that for the last 2 sets i did rest pause, bringing thr bar to my chest and pausing for 3 seconds then exploding up. just to make it harder. i should have done 285 3x3
plus when i did 315, my 4th rep i was struggling real bad, it was like a 4 second positive
