Chest ripples... the wave...

Iv seen this on a lot of people in bodybuilding and people at the gym. They flex their chest and it starts at the bottom and ripples all the way to the top, like a wave. How do i attain this? My chest isnt bad at all and has decent size. It just doesnt ripple like that, and it doesnt jump much when i flex it. Its kinda like fixed really hard into one place. Any help here is much appreciated. THANX

i know exactly what you are talking about. I think i noticed that mine does it close to the time i found that i can bounce them. just try flexing them slowly and see what it does

I have tried flexing them in all ways possible. If it makes a difference, they seem kinda flat. I have pretty wide shoulers. They just seem fixed in place. When i flex them, the bottom jumps up and i get stirations in the middle. Not much movement though.

Definition not the problem. I have stirations across my chest. Someone suggested my upper chest is lacking compared to my lower.

I know two people off the top of my head that dont have a bigger chest than me, but can make theirs jump more than me and can do the wave thing.

contract the upper chest first by lifting the shoulder girdle slightly and tension frontal traps/neck muscles immediately followed by tensing the mid-lower pec , which has tendency of pulling the shouldergirdle downward so that its very hard to flex the clavivle area after that....

Also it could be that these people have more control over their pectoralis minor, which you can develop in terms of size and neural pathways more specifically using partial pullovers

you need a big chest!!

Not nessarily, My chest is my best bodypart, its big, full(good upper and lower) and cut, but for some reason I can barley even get it to jump when I'm standing up.

But when I'm laying down on my back, I can make it bounce anyway I want.
