Here is my routine. I am happy with it but I want more help with cosmetic work on my chest (wider, fuller up top, and some more meat in the middle both low and high) I have seen my bench increase a ton in the past 5 weeks (last set 205 to last set of 275)

Monday

Decline Barbell

Tuesday
Back

Pullups
TBar rows
Delta pulls
Bentover barbell rows

Wednesday

Thursday

Preacher Curls
Hammer Curls with Ez Curl
21's with dumbells or barbell

Friday

Legs are also going to be added soon with basic squat and leg presses.

Deadlifts once again when summer begins cause I love that twinge in my legs and back!

im 6'0 220 and do cardio very rarely (ive been lazy)
when I start cardio again I hope to do it 20-30 minutes in the morning 3-4 days a week to cut 10-15lbs. It will consists on running both jogging and sprint work with some hills. Rowing and some bike work will be incorporated.

Diet
Shitty, I live in frat house
Try to eat high protein and low carbs and fats.
Alcohol intake is excessive.
Single Pushdowns

So guys, please check this out and critque all you want and add some input into chest help. Thanks.

thanks for contributing to national bench press day. your routine needs some serious readjusting.

I would suggest the following

monday-legs
squats
front squats
leg curls

tuesday-rest

wednesday-chest & shoulders
push press
incline bench
flat db bench
cable flys
upright rows
front delt raises
lateral raises

thurs-rest

friday-back
deadlifts
bb rows
close grip cable rows
weighted chins

saturday or sunday-arms
close grip or reverse bench
french press
tricep cable extension/pulldowns
bb curls
db curls

your routine concentrates too much on chest, but if that is what YOU want, then so be it. this is just a suggestion

ok maybe i should have emphazied something about the chest day. that thurs thing is all about cosmetics, its all light weights and different grips to build up what i want to which is the wider chest, thicker bottom and top. i really dont appreciate the national bench comment when i dont do half as much as most people do. i do train one muscle a day for a reason and have off on weekends for a reason you know.

just get implants. They are quick. I saw Pamela Anderson's chest go through an amazing cosmetic change seemingly overnight.

I'm deffinatly not one to lead by example... BUT... I have heard that cable flys are a good way to go for cosmetics of your chest... I don't know about making it thicker... It seems to me, that what your asking for... is to gain mass by doing light weights & high reps... If you want mass... you lift heavy... if you want cuts, and tone then go light... I would stick to your routine you got, except do some dips (lean foward and let your elbows fall out to hit bottom chest...) Also, you might want to re-think your goals and how you're going about them... Not to knock your goals at all... just saying that as far as I know, you don't usually put on mass or "thickness" w/ light weight lifting...

hope I helped...

oops... sorry... I just looked at your post again... you said "wider" not "thicker"... so just disregard my comments...
<----I'm a moron!

cables??? I put an incline bench between the cables & sit it verticle... this helps to isolate my chest a little more... no swaying... or leaning foward to make stuff easier...

sorry...
