Situps 4 sets to failure

I am not to savey on the work out that you prescribed, however what I see is that you could possibly platue on it. I recomend the www.biggerfasterstronger.com approach as it is the best work out I know. Example, I had and injury that had me laid up for 3yrs lost all my core lifting strength. When I started back up I was barely benching 135 once or twice. I started the program and was benching 235 whithing 6 wks. Best of luck, Saint7

P.S. Only order the book and the journals as that will be all you need.
 
I'm likin' the low volume bro, but honestly you'd probably get some better opinions on the training board!!!
