Well I had a calzone(small) w/ sausage and cheese and marinara sauce, a reeses pb cup, a large fruit punch, some gummy worms, fries with chedder cheese and some tostitos chips. Sound bad? Not too bad huh?
It has to do a few things:
1) replenish leptin levels
2) stabilize T4-T3 conversion (thyroid function) by filling up liver glycogen
3) creating an anabolic environment through glycogen-supercompensation
4) increasing workout intensity for the first few days after the refeed, especially when on a strict diet
