Normally, my cheat meals are carb densed, rather then fat dense, though, at times, it's a mixture of both...
example of a cheat meal: can of baked beans, with a yam, FF cheese and some lean protein (chicken, tuna). The carb breakdown is heavy. Can of BB is close to 30% of the RDA of carbs, I'm guesstimating around 100-120g, the yam is an additional 30-40g
Another cheat meal is: steak (top, round, sirloin...something lean(er) then the rest with a baked potatoe and some A1 sauce or Pesto sauce with chimichurri
To answer your question, don't eat strictly protein w/o either some carbs or some fats in your meals, but, that's just me. You're in good shape, why don't you make it a full day
