S**T! (I just noticed this post that you snuck in between mine - having a little conversation here with myself, I am).
I knew about cortisol and stress, which is why I told my gf we can't fight anymore (LOL - like she'll go for that!), but I had no IDEA it could make me FATTER!
However, I'm feeling REEEAALLLY relaxed and sleepy right now, because I decided to just flooow with the whole theme of this thread and hit a heavy cheat meal - the first real one this month. Let's see - I had 3 smallish sweet potatoes, 2 plain bagels, and a granola bar. Now my stomach is stretched TIGHT like a drum and I feel great - this is the most warm and relaxed and calm and happy I've felt in at least 3 weeks (!). Hungry and snappy sucks. And tomorrow is heavy legs day so I am gonna kick some MAJOR ass in the gym - I am going UP on those damn squats if it kills me!
And from tomorrow my diet will reach new heights of purity and strictness
