Started off normal ......
4 tbsp cream of wheat (made with 3/4c water, 1/4c skim milk)
sweetened with Splenda
sliced banana
BUT .... HUNGRY when running errands .... craving crap .....
SO, I hit up Wendy's - Jr Chzburger, sm fries, lemonade
Went to Target for some stuff, bought a bag of M&Ms (HYUGE bag)
Hungry again when I got home, ate a piece of string cheese
Hubby made dinner ..... steak, corn and potatos (all on the outdoor grill!)
Of course, butter (light) and sour cream (light) on the potato!
Desert ... more M&Ms
But I also drank over a gallon of water, so that makes it all okay. lmao
Why am I fat? ROFLMAO!
