What do you guys do do countereffect the catabolic effects of MDMA?
besides taking l-glutamine and l-tyrosine
 
Multivitamin and 5-HTP before and after going out, Ultra Fuel with Protein (Lean Body low carb) (or any other high-carb/high-protein shake) before and after going out.
 
You don't need to take anything with it, just take an extra 3 or 4. It will work great!!! Extacy, the number one supp. in bodybuilding :confused:

It is not catabolic. It will cut you up or make you look more cut while on it. It will interfere with your appetite, but I haven't felt it to be catabolic. Where did you hear it was catabolic?

MDMA is not catabolic to muscle tissue in any pharmacological manner. I imagine the correlation to catabolism comes from its potent anorectant quality along with the intense aerobic exercise (raves) that usually occurs with it's use.

To any users, a study showed protection from neuronal damage in MDMA use, using Alpha Lipoic Acid. Might wanna add that to your rave mix.

one last thing, would you recommend taking l-glutamine throughout the roll to avoid loosing muscle mass (i.e. (i now know it's not catabolic but...) l-glutamine is used during lowering calories for cutting)

Just kiding Bro. You wont lose any muscle as long as you eat normal and stay hydrated. The stuff just cuts into your recooperation a little. and by the way i wish i had some roll!
