Hey all-
Just started a cutting cycle and am wondering what you all think of carrots {mainly the bagged baby kind} as a "clean" food to consume throughout the day? I find them to be a nice compliment with chicken and fish and an alternative to brocolli and green beans.
I eat them (well, regular carrots, but the same) while cutting. I have 1 big one a day and one smaller one in my stir fry a day. They are so cheap, it is hard to pass em up.

They are fine. I wouldn't suggest them as your primary vegetable source as greens such as brocoli and green beans have a much better ratio of fiber to sugar in them, but they are fine if you enjoy them. They are not calorie dense at all and are surely clean. I normally tend to stick to the belief that if it came out of the ground like how you are eating then its an ok food to eat..
