im basically having mainly meat, rice, and fruits and vegies, dotn know what time of diet, just real clean. i eat around 6 meals a day. I take 2 protein shakes each having 50 gs of protein. All the meat i eat is measured in ounces, each big meal ill have about 4-5 oz and small meals ill have 2-3. Thanks for all the help. As for cardio i am doing stair stepper/bike/jump roping, switching back and forth.
