I'm wondering how much cardio people do for optimized fat loss. I do and hour of mixed cardio 3 times a week and weights 5 days a week. I'm reading mixed things about cardio raising cortisol levels ect. I am 5ft 8 and 170 lbs with a high bf (25%) I am trying to obviously get my bf down and build muscle. Just wondering what all you experienced ladies do
