I am currently training on Tuesdays, thursdays, and Saturdays and doing my cardio on Mondays wednesdays and fridays for about 30 min. . I am 5' 10" 160 lbs. Am I doing to much cardio? Could I incorporate it on my lifting days? I am trying to put on lean mass and I feel like that much cardio I am staying skinny. Please help if ya can. Thanks-
