I can`t really do morning cardio on days 1-5. Can I do it in the evenings with my workouts? Also were the W/O`s supposed to be WITH the morning cardio?
How does this look? I`m not doing legs now due to injuries.
Day 1 (monday) Chest /Back + 30 minutes cardio @ 6PM
Day2 Shoulders/Arms + 30 minutes cardio @ 6PM
Day3 45 minutes cardio @6 PM
Day4 Same as Day3
Day5 30 -45 minutes cardio @6PM
Day6 30 minute AM cardio (This is the weekend I can do AM)
Then a full body workout 3-5X circuit, light weights 20-25 reps
Day7 before carb up 30 minute cardio then 3-5X full body workout 20-25 light reps
So that`s what I`m planning. Is it OK? Would you change anything? Mr. X? Thank You
