Cardio on CKD

I can`t really do morning cardio on days 1-5. Can I do it in the evenings with my workouts? Also were the W/O`s supposed to be WITH the morning cardio?

How does this look? I`m not doing legs now due to injuries.

Day 1 (monday) Chest /Back + 30 minutes cardio @ 6PM

Day2 Shoulders/Arms + 30 minutes cardio @ 6PM

Day3 45 minutes cardio @6 PM

Day4 Same as Day3

Day5 30 -45 minutes cardio @6PM

Day6 30 minute AM cardio (This is the weekend I can do AM)
Then a full body workout 3-5X circuit, light weights 20-25 reps

Day7 before carb up 30 minute cardio then 3-5X full body workout 20-25 light reps

So that`s what I`m planning. Is it OK? Would you change anything? Mr. X? Thank You

drop the cardio on day 6

drop cardio on day 7, just do full body....your legs seem to be injured from what i read

OOPS... Not supposed to do cardio an day 7/carb up day. I will take that off.
 
Wow, That was a QUICK response. Mr. X You are THE MAN.

Thanks for the help. Believe me I wish I could do the morning cardio (I love it) but I take care of my 9 month old baby girl and she is sleeping at the time. #1 I would wake her up if I did that and #2 I can`t leave her and go outside to run or anything. #3 when she IS awake she needs CONSTANT attention. My wife gets home at 5 or so then I can do anything. believe it or not I BARELY have enough time to EAT during the day! but anyway that`s my morning excuse.
Can I just tack the cardio on after my workouts @6PM or before the WO or if it`s better I can do it at night 10 or 11PM ???

AFter the workout would probably be the best, this way you're in and out in no time.

btw My leg is hurt from sciatica it`s VERY painfull but I will get back to it one day. I can`t really squat or deadlift now. Also 4 herniated disks in my back. but one day I`ll get back. Thanks again
