Carbs and Fats together?

Dude, you know I don't always agree with you, but you def. do your f-ing research! (Nice post....I do agree....)

Karma for you bra....

I have always been very skeptical with the "no P+F meal"

Think you meant "no C + F".....but, who's countin'

yes, sorry, I should have been drunk when I wrote that

==> alcohol + P/C/F = no good at all :D :D

to be honest, Seperating p+f and p+c has worked for me, i've managed to get down to 7% bodyfat doing the whole carb/fat seperation route... wherelse before i'd only manage to get down to 10%

Although it seems to be working for me, everyone's different and I have to admit i don't see carb/fat seperation as a long term eating plan because you cant really not seperate carbs and fats all the time.. but for the most part, if you look at nature, carb rich foods tend to be low in fat and high fat foods tend to be low in carbs.. just food for though, pardon the pun

BBF.....

So are you saying that a quality carb and fat intake with proteins every meal should actually get a more desirable physical response due to keeping the insulin levels and/or blood glucose levels more constant? Like something similar to a 33/33/33 maybe?

I always seperate P/C and P/F meals. Don't want any insulin present in my blood when I'm consuming fat.

Bump-- everyone seems to have their own way... I think that for me, it takes both carbs and fat in a meal to keep me going. Just a "balance" thing.
