When doing a carbohydrate load a few days prior to contest. What kind of carbohydrates do I need to start with and what kind of carbohydrates do I need to end with. I have heard of bodybuilders starting there carb loads with simple sugars like donuts and ending up with starchy carbs, or do I need to stick with starchy carbs only.
