Right now I weigh roughly 200 pounds and I'm looking for a new diet plan to follow for a bit. I remember reading about carb rotation every now and then and I'm looking to drop to about 180, maybe a little less. Trying to lose my belly fat that I have yet to lose. I do the 5x5 program and I'm going to keep doing it as just to have a weight lifting program to do, and I'll be doing cardio 4 days a week for 45 minutes to an hour.
I'm 21 or 22% BF, 5'8", 200 pounds. On a Rotation I eat 200g, 150, 100, then 0-50 carbs?
