carb intake?

Take 1tbsp. of MCT oil before your workout and you'll see a world of change in energy levels as time goes on. Adding an energy drink can also be beneficial. There is no need for Pre-workout carbs if you're taking them post-workout.
 
this is what your day should look like while cutting:

p/c
p/f
p/f
p/c
TRAIN
P/C - shake (dext/whey)
P/C MEAL
Bed or whey/flax shake then bed

MCT oil: UDO's choice has a good amount of MCT's and is a proven quality brand. If you want to do MCT by itself, most brands will do.
