Hi guys, busy running a lean bulker - Im 23 days into it.
500 test; 400 Bold, week 1-4 40mg DBol. (After 4 weeks will swith to Tren E @ 250mg/week for 5 weeks and then winny at 40 mg for the last 5 weeks).
Question is how much carbs would you take to gain mass while trimming down. And before you advise it, i dont want to bulk and then cut. I started the cycle at 100kg's with 11% Body fat and now at 102kg's with 8-9% Body fat.
Im currently consuming 450g of protein and 200-250g of carbs. with minimal to no fat (only supplemental flax seed oil).
Question is would you consume more carbs? Can i cut it down even further. I want to get to 110kg's with 6% Body Fat.
