I know the good carbs ,i take compelx carbs like oatmeal,brown rice and whole wheat bread,the only time i take simple carbs is post workout,i take white bread with honey and ofc my protein shake,the question was,how much carbs do i need in total,per day,like 300? oh and after training i take like 60 g of simple carbs, and 30 g whey protein, i think thats good,and after 1.5hour i eat a full meal.
