currently im runnin a carb cycle for my diet..
mon-sat
300g protein (pshakes n meat)
50g carbs (milk, ww bread (slice a day), nuts)
100g fat (anpb, nuts, cla, efa, odd bit of mayo w/tuna)
sun
300g protein
220g carbs
25g fat
some ppl have said to do 2 carb up days/week, is there any benefit in this?
also, what if i cut the carbs down on sundays so
150g carbs
55g fat
or is the high carbs essential?
what would happen if i carbed up once every 2 weeks?
diets goin good and im happy with the progress, just looking for tweaks to make it better... also taking lipostim, lipoflame and dermatherm which are all working great..
