... and I'm not even heavy. I'm 5'8" and weight under 180 lbs and I'm struggling so hard to try and get 4000 calories down. I don't know why but my appetite just isn't there, I guess cause I'm so used to not eating breakfast or anything for most of my life until recently.
Lately I've been trying to have 3 shakes a day consisting of
1 cup whole milk
2 scoops wheybolic protein powder
1 serving peanut butter
2 tbsp olive oil
The total for each shake is about 760 calories. The problem is I cant really carry around pre-made shakes with me so if I'm out at any point in the day I'm losing at least 760 calories by missing a shake... And I work from home so I get into these stupid schedules where I wake up at 1 or 2 PM and its like impossible because 6:00 comes around and I've only had 1000-1500 calories. I dont know what the hell to do but this is killing me and ruining my gains and my motivation to even lift, plus I just started a test cycle recently and if I don't get my diet in check I'll have wasted the whole cycle.
I guess what I'm asking is, what are some easy ways to pack down calories for someone who doesn't have a huge appetite and might not be able to get 6 solid meals a day? If I add oats to my shakes I never finish them... I hate oatmeal and never eat it when I make it... I'm already getting 2 TBSP olive oil in every shake, I feel like its way too much fats if I add any more that that.
