I'm 23 6.2 96kg and around 20% ish bf possibly a bit more
Lost about 20kg in past month or so but hips just won't budge .
I don't want to get down to silly low body fat before they go or is that really the only option . ?
And when to start bulking ?
Recommendations and views be appreciated . View attachment 137353

no offence but why the hell are you taking steroids? you look like you have little training under your belt.

diet and training is key tl weight loss not drugs! i can understand clen but not test and tren esp. if this is a first cycle which is what it looks like.

None taken . Training 6 years I had a year out after bad shoulder injury.
Want to loose excess fat and gain some muscle.

fair enough but its a first cycle? how long have you been on?

also post your diet

It is yeah only 3 weeks in

Meal1
5 whites 50g oats
Meal 2
protein shake
Meal 3
1Chicken breast + fraction cup brown rice
Meal 4
Protein shake
Meal 5
1Sweet potato 1 turkey breast
Meal6
Protein shake creatine
Meal7
Protein shake
Meal 8
Lean steak
Meal 9 protein shake .
( not one for understanding mg carb etcc )

okay, drop tren! it is not a first cycle drug!! and yout trying to lose weight drop all your shakes you dont want the extra cals.

One of the main problems with those areas is bad circulation which in turn means less thermogenesis and utilization of the fat stores in that area. The biggest things you can probably change in your current diet is dropping the protein shakes for a few weeks and see how that effects you, maybe try eating 6-7 meals instead of 9, use an appetite suppressant if you just can't handle the hunger pains. Another trick you can try is using a neoprene waist belt. I know they say you can't target fat areas, but this will increase blood flow and the temperature of the areas its wrapped around, that combined with cardio you will likely see results.. I have.
